 Clean Adventures a transitional living facility with an intensive outpatient therapeutic component. We are a 12 Step based program integrating mind, body, and spirit work. Our therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as rational emotive behavior therapy. Our program offers freedom from addictions, compulsive behaviors, and underlying trauma. We provide treatment for individuals afflicted with the disease of drug addiction and/or alcoholism, as well as co-occurring psychological afflictions. We are a six month self-pay program requiring a three month minimum commitment. We implement mandatory weekly random drug and alcohol screening as well.
During your stay here you will have household commitments and community expectations for which you will be held accountable. You will gain life skills such as cooking, cleanliness and budgeting your finances. You will also learn goal setting and know how to accomplish them.
You will have a caring staff who will mark your progress and guide you on your path to a better life. You are provided a safe environment to learn assertive communication and conflict resolution. Upon completion of our program you will have the necessary tools to re-integrate as a responsible and productive member of society.
You can join in activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, golfing and other outdoor activities. We also offer full use of a gym.
You are not alone in your recovery. You will make friends who share your goals for a successful recovery and a better life.  The staff and ownership of Incentives, Inc., are members of the recovery community. Our understanding of halfway house living comes from our own experience – we understand. Incentives, Inc. was established in 1996 to meet the needs of recovering addicts and alcoholics, and the staff’s experience and continuous recovery goes as far back as 1985.
Through the years, the Incentives, Inc. program has been carefully formulated with a basis in unity, responsibility, and commitment. We have respect and compassion for the newcomer that stems from strong family values, and the implementation of a 12 step program.
The director on call 24 hours a day and staff members readily available, we ensure a hands-on approach. We choose to live what we teach.
We have both professional and personal relationships with most local treatment centers and detox programs, as well as many programs across the country. Incentives, Inc. has a broad base of referral sources for therapists, psychiatrists, and certified counselors.
Each fully-furnished apartment includes Satellite Television, laundry facilities on site and all utilities. Our properties are also located near Boca Raton’s public transportation hub, allowing easy travel to Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
First and foremost, we do not allow any illegal or illicit drugs, including alcohol and steroids. If clients are on prescribed medication at any time during their stay, the Incentives staff must be informed. Residents must be willing to submit to regular drug and alcohol testing to ensure the safety of the client and the community.
All Incentives clients must obey a community wide curfew. This is to help teach responsibility and maintain structure not only in the community but in each individual’s own life. In addition, all clients must attend a mandatory weekly community meeting every Sunday at 6PM featuring lectures and recovering speakers from the community.
All residents are required to seek employment or attend school while living at Incentives. Living a structured and active lifestyle with work, school, regular 12 step fellowship meeting attendance, and participation in that 12 step fellowship with a sponsor and step work is a requirement while living at Incentives and is critical in maintaining long term recovery.

 The Montana Lodge is a transitional living program for men who suffer from alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Our program consists of two 90 day phases designed to help you achieve long term sobriety. After completing our program, clients will have a basic foundation from which to build a life that is free of drugs and alcohol.
We are located in Prescott, Arizona, a small town approximately 100 miles northwest of Phoenix. Prescott’s elevation is approximately 5,300 feet above sea level and has a population of about 40,000 people. We enjoy the best of Sonoran desert and alpine environments.
We offer a basic, no frills, nuts and bolts approach to sobriety through the twelve spiritual principles of recovery and an array of clinical services designed for the recovering alcoholic and addict.
We believe that there are co-occurring disorders that require treatment from licensed professionals. We believe that those untreated disorders must be addressed in early recovery to prevent relapse. So we provide an in-depth bio/social/psych assessment to determine the correct course of treatment for each client. One size does not fit all, so each treatment plan is unique.

The program is designed to meet the needs of those who continually struggle with chemical dependency, compulsive behaviors, co-dependency, co-occurring disorders and underlying trauma. Decision Point Center is also designed for those who need a continuum of care beyond the traditional 30-day primary treatment center stay.
At Decision Point, we believe that addictive behaviors are dysfunctional coping mechanisms used as a way to medicate and escape from pain, shame and trauma. Overtime, these dysfunctional behaviors have become a progressive and fatal disease
known as “addiction”. Through our comprehensive and individualized holistic
approach, individuals are able to identify & address their core issues as well as the
core features directly related to their addictive behaviors.
The Decision Point Treatment Model® engages mind, body and spirit by providing a comprehensive and individualized holistic program. We build new lives through adventure therapy, equine therapy, ropes therapy, wellness therapy, and a full range of traditional, experiential, and integrated therapies with a strong emphasis on trauma resolution, the 12 steps, life skills, social responsibility, and having fun which engages a lifelong recovery.
A three month minimum commitment is required. The average length of stay is generally around 4 to 6 months however the program is infinitely variable or open ended based upon individual needs and issues. An additional 3 – 6 month aftercare program is also available upon completion of treatment.

 Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center Announces the Opening of it's Adolescent Program August 2008.
The Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center (PaRC) Adolescent Program will provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents ages 13 to 17 suffering with primary substance abuse dependency as well as those struggling with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. The basic goals of the treatment program are to help the patient and family establish recovery and learn the skills to live effectively as the teen establishes abstinence-based sobriety.
Trained to understand the unique development issues of adolescents such as peer pressure and self esteem, our highly qualified administrative and clinical staff is committed to providing the following treatment services to teenaged patients:
Detoxification. The first phase of treatment includes 24-hour-a-day monitoring and daily physician assessments.
Residential Treatment. Treatment includes a minimum of 35 hours per week of planned, structured activities including Patient education in individual, group and family counseling sessions, 12-step support group meetings, and other activities designed to enhance the recovery process.
Educational curriculum. Teens are provided 5 hours of daily academic coursework including computer lab access. This academic component is accredited by the Texas Education Agency and led by certified instructors and the student teacher ratio averages 10 to 1.
Day Treatment. A full day treatment program that parallels residential treatment services but allows the client to return home in the evening.
Intensive Outpatient Program. Offers educational and therapeutic services.
Family Programming. Families of our patients are offered therapy/counseling sessions and educational workshops and support groups to assist them in supporting their loved one’s recovery
Extensive Discharge Planning. To ensure that the patients transition back into a proactive healthy lifestyle, PaRC counselors and clinical team will create individualized plan of care including aftercare, family education, 12 step meetings, and community resources.
Aftercare (peer-led) and/or Continuing Care (professionally led). Starts the first week a patient is admitted into treatment and continues weekly for one year following completion of treatment. These groups offer a built-in support group to aid in the recovery process.

Treatment at the Prevention and Recovery Center begins with a comprehensive evaluation to ensure a patient is admitted to the most appropriate level of care. The PaRC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Chemical dependency is a progressive, chronic and, if not treated, sometimes-fatal disease. This illness not only affects the individual but those who are in relationships with them – spouses, family members, partners and concerned friends.
Treatment is individualized for each patient based on a screening process that determines the appropriate level of care. The PaRC is contracted with most managed care insurance companies and does accept private-pay clients.

 Sober College is a transitional treatment center for young adults, 17-25 struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Our program is based on five core competencies: Sobriety, Emotional Intelligence, Productivity, Life Skills and Fitness. Our highly trained staff works with each student individually in order to integrate and balance all five of these areas of achievement. Each resident is required to work closely with a sponsor in a 12-step program while they are at Sober College. During their stay, residents learn the skills needed to transition into society.
What sets Sober College a step above other treatment centers is our sense of community as well as our ability to create individualized plans for our students. Our goal is to discover each resident’s passion and help them work toward a realistic goal within that ideal. Sober College offers both vocational and educational tracks for our students so they are able to progress and feel the success needed in order to build confidence. A large focus here is on providing a strong community setting. We firmly believe it is vital for our residents to develop a support system within their similar age range who have had similar experiences. We have a strong alumni group in the surrounding area that serves as support and guidance for our current residents as well. Our residents learn how to develop a sober community they are able to lean on so when it is time to transition outside of Sober College they are able to find support in the community around them.

Inspirations Youth understands the unfortunate circumstances that arise as a result of a teen's poor choice to act in an irresponsible manner.  Central Wyoming Counseling Center is a non-profit Community Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Center that is dedicated to helping the people of Natrona County.
The Center receives funding through contracts established with the State of Wyoming, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Divisions, Natrona County, the City of Casper and the Natrona County School District.
All residents of Wyoming are eligible to receive services regardless of ability to pay. We are the Mental Health Division of the Blue Envelope Health Fund.
Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Facility
The Residential Treatment Facility serves all Wyoming residents who are in need of substance abuse treatment. The facility has 86 beds to serve men, women, women with children, adolescent females and males.
The Residential Treatment Facility offers social detox to Natrona County residents. Five beds (3 male, 2 female) are available for social detox. All clients seeking admission to the social detox unit must be cleared medically by Wyoming Medical Center Emergency Room physicians. Upon admission and completion of social detox, all clients are assessed for further needs of substance abuse treatment either for residential or outpatient services.

Inspirations residential drug and alcohol treatment for teens provides a powerful combination of programs: Intensive individual, family and group therapeutic sessions, educational program, life skills management, and recreational/sports program. All are designed around a positive environment to boost the teens self-esteem and produce long term results. Our treatment combines a motivational treatment program with the "accountability" concept, emphasizing, respect for family, respect for others, and a teamwork approach towards daily goals and accomplishments.
Inspirations Youth and Families teen treatment center is not a place for serious or violent juvenile offenders, but we do understand that occasionally, teens find themselves facing legal consequences for "poor choices" such as charges for trespassing, shoplifting, underage drinking, DUI, possession of illegal substances, and other minor offenses. Inspirations Youth understands the unfortunate circumstances that arise as a result of a teen's poor choice to act in an irresponsible manner. Not only is a legal consequence the result of a teen's poor choice regarding behavior, it may also be and indication of a greater issue such as substance abuse or addiction, a mental health issue such as depression or other diagnosis.  Every woman who is a part of the residential community of Lund Family Center faces a daunting array of challenging life circumstances. We employ a feminist approach to services provided on-site, staying mindful that our clients are also parents, with responsibility not only for their own self-care, but for the continuous needs of their children as well. Often they are parenting alone and have the added responsibility of work and/or school. They may be involved in complex relationship and family dynamics, and so whenever possible, we try to involve the partners, families and significant others in the work as well.
Independence Place is a Lund Family Center program that offers transitional housing in six individual studio apartments for single women, ages 16 to 21, who are pregnant or parenting a child under five. The program is a partnership with Burlington Housing Authority.
Subject to availability, Independence Place apartments are available to any qualifying young woman, whether or not she has participated in other Lund Family Center programs. To participate in Independence Place, young women must be working, pursuing their education, or enrolled in a job training program. Young women must commit to a year lease and may reside at Independence Place for up to two years.
In addition to housing, participants benefit from round the clock staff support and access to other Lund family support services including childcare, New Horizons Education Program and GED preparation, case management, life skills education, substance abuse recovery, and transportation assistance.
Through participation in the Independence Place program, residents greatly increase their independent living skills, their parenting skills, and ability to live in community. Residents have regular house meetings, share communal chores, come together for community dinners, and participate.

Malibu Horizon is in no way opposed to the 12-Steps. In fact, we offer patients the opportunity to attend AA meetings, if they choose.  Today, chemical abuse and addiction is one of society’s most serious problems. Medical authorities and the courts both agree that such addition is a complex bio-psychosocial disease which makes it much greater than a character weakness or a moral problem. Therefore, the chemically dependent suffers emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. As such, using a holistic approach based on the medical model (that is the disease concept of addiction)is couched within the context of some of the psychotherapeutic modalities such as rational emotive therapy, behavior modification, family therapy, and transactional analysis, etc. In addition, these approaches are integrated into the treatment cycle within the broad framework of AA’s 12 steps format. Thus, the major treatment goal is to help the client achieve total abstinence from the use of psychoactive or mood altering substances. The focus is two fold:
Provide the individual with a broader understanding of the devastating effects of substance abuse and addiction; and
Assist the client in transforming a destructive and self-defeating pattern of behavior thru the learning of new skills so as to enhance a higher quality of life and productivity by sustaining a drug-free life style.

 The complete name of our facility is "The Marguerite Burke Ringer Mental Health Center." We offer outpatient services only. Our clients come to see us because they are not enjoying their lives as they might. We commonly treat people for depression, anxiety, stress related problems, family problems, attention deficit and substance abuse. The first session with us is an evaluation and assessment process that helps us make a plan for success. We offer individual and family counseling. Although our primary services are for adults, we are qualified and skilled at treating adolescents and some children over the age of five.
We are licensed by the state of NC to provide DWI assessments. We are one of the few providers who are also credentialed to meet the strict new Department of Transportation guidelines for substance abuse assessment and treatment.We were also selected by the Guilford County Court System to provide "The First Offenders Program." We also offer outpatient detoxification services for those client who may not afford inpatient or elect to try and detoxify from alcohol or other drugs without a hospital admission. Our substance abuse services are second to none and we offer individual counseling or the more intensive outpatient program depending on your level of need. We follow a twelve stepped based philosophy and have four clinicians who are also recovering themselves - for a combined forty years. We all enjoy our sober life styles and hope to help others find recovery.
