 The Montana Lodge is a transitional living program for men who suffer from alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Our program consists of two 90 day phases designed to help you achieve long term sobriety. After completing our program, clients will have a basic foundation from which to build a life that is free of drugs and alcohol.
We are located in Prescott, Arizona, a small town approximately 100 miles northwest of Phoenix. Prescott’s elevation is approximately 5,300 feet above sea level and has a population of about 40,000 people. We enjoy the best of Sonoran desert and alpine environments.
We offer a basic, no frills, nuts and bolts approach to sobriety through the twelve spiritual principles of recovery and an array of clinical services designed for the recovering alcoholic and addict.
We believe that there are co-occurring disorders that require treatment from licensed professionals. We believe that those untreated disorders must be addressed in early recovery to prevent relapse. So we provide an in-depth bio/social/psych assessment to determine the correct course of treatment for each client. One size does not fit all, so each treatment plan is unique.
All clinical services are provided by licensed professionals including: MD, PsyD, MSW, LISAC and are furnished in a licensed facility. All of our staff are in recovery and practice the twelve steps and twelve principles of Alcoholics Anonymous and/or Narcotics Anonymous. This has worked for us, as well as millions worldwide, and can work for you, provided you are open, willing and honest.

Premier activities are scheduled monthly, which may include snorkeling, fishing, excursions on a glass bottom boat, airboat tours, or a trip to the Everglades.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment is available, incorporating the comprehensive treatment program and “Real Life” approach to recovery in a flexible therapeutic schedule.
After Care, The Cove Center prepares each person for a successful recovery with an aftercare program that includes a support system, AA or NA meetings and personal accountability. Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient Treatment may be recommended upon successful completion of the program.

 The mission of Soba is to provide a safe, transitional, sober environment aiding in establishing a strong foundation in recovery. Soba Living is home to those men and women who already have a basic foundation around their sobriety yet feel they need additional support. This transitional experience will help residents learn life skills, stay on track, and be responsible.
Residents are required to attend Twelve Step Meetings, continue work with their sponsors, and comply with random drug testing. Soba Living believes that random urine and breathalyzer testing is necessary to secure a sober living environment for all residents. Soba Living also believes long-term sobriety provides the best chance for a successful transition to a life without being trapped by addiction to drugs and alcohol.  Sober College is a transitional treatment center for young adults, 17-25 struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Our program is based on five core competencies: Sobriety, Emotional Intelligence, Productivity, Life Skills and Fitness. Our highly trained staff works with each student individually in order to integrate and balance all five of these areas of achievement. Each resident is required to work closely with a sponsor in a 12-step program while they are at Sober College. During their stay, residents learn the skills needed to transition into society.
What sets Sober College a step above other treatment centers is our sense of community as well as our ability to create individualized plans for our students. Our goal is to discover each resident’s passion and help them work toward a realistic goal within that ideal. Sober College offers both vocational and educational tracks for our students so they are able to progress and feel the success needed in order to build confidence. A large focus here is on providing a strong community setting. We firmly believe it is vital for our residents to develop a support system within their similar age range who have had similar experiences. We have a strong alumni group in the surrounding area that serves as support and guidance for our current residents as well. Our residents learn how to develop a sober community they are able to lean on so when it is time to transition outside of Sober College they are able to find support in the community around them.
Sober College delivers drug and alcohol counseling in a unique environment that allows our residents to foster their own identity within their recovery. Balance is a key ingredient to leading a healthy life and we work with our young adults in order to establish the order they need to get back on their feet, to be where they want to be.

 The Iowa Department of Public Health licenses the Alcohol and Drug Dependency Services of Southeast Iowa (ADDS) to provide chemical dependency treatment services. Individuals and family members who experience the effects of alcohol and drug dependency may receive ADDS treatment services as well as those persons suffering from compulsive gambling.
A screening is provided to each potential client. If the screening finds that the clients best interests may be met by receiving treatment services through ADDS, the person will be accepted for services. If another treatment facility appears more suited to the needs of the person, ADDS staff will refer the client to another program.
Residents of Iowa receive ADDS outpatient and residential treatment services on an "ability to pay" basis. Clients pay for services according to a fee schedule determined by the clients own income. Health insurance plans may cover all or part of the cost of treatment. ADDS staff will assist in processing insurance forms.
Persons seeking services may access all ADDS programs except residential treatment services through any of its facilities. Residential programs are provided through the ADDS facility in Burlington, Iowa and is located at the Lincoln Center facility.

 Today, chemical abuse and addiction is one of society’s most serious problems. Medical authorities and the courts both agree that such addition is a complex bio-psychosocial disease which makes it much greater than a character weakness or a moral problem. Therefore, the chemically dependent suffers emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, and socially. As such, using a holistic approach based on the medical model (that is the disease concept of addiction)is couched within the context of some of the psychotherapeutic modalities such as rational emotive therapy, behavior modification, family therapy, and transactional analysis, etc. In addition, these approaches are integrated into the treatment cycle within the broad framework of AA’s 12 steps format. Thus, the major treatment goal is to help the client achieve total abstinence from the use of psychoactive or mood altering substances. The focus is two fold:
Provide the individual with a broader understanding of the devastating effects of substance abuse and addiction; and
Assist the client in transforming a destructive and self-defeating pattern of behavior thru the learning of new skills so as to enhance a higher quality of life and productivity by sustaining a drug-free life style.

 The complete name of our facility is "The Marguerite Burke Ringer Mental Health Center." We offer outpatient services only. Our clients come to see us because they are not enjoying their lives as they might. We commonly treat people for depression, anxiety, stress related problems, family problems, attention deficit and substance abuse. The first session with us is an evaluation and assessment process that helps us make a plan for success. We offer individual and family counseling. Although our primary services are for adults, we are qualified and skilled at treating adolescents and some children over the age of five.
We are licensed by the state of NC to provide DWI assessments. We are one of the few providers who are also credentialed to meet the strict new Department of Transportation guidelines for substance abuse assessment and treatment.We were also selected by the Guilford County Court System to provide "The First Offenders Program." We also offer outpatient detoxification services for those client who may not afford inpatient or elect to try and detoxify from alcohol or other drugs without a hospital admission. Our substance abuse services are second to none and we offer individual counseling or the more intensive outpatient program depending on your level of need. We follow a twelve stepped based philosophy and have four clinicians who are also recovering themselves - for a combined forty years. We all enjoy our sober life styles and hope to help others find recovery.

 Valley Hope believes alcoholics and addicts should be treated as human beings, with unconditional positive regard. The patient needs healing and attention to many areas, especially the physical, mental, spiritual and social areas of their lives. An individualized treatment plan is designed to provide the right combination of support to help the person learn to live life sober and happy. It is important to recognize that many of our treatment services offer a group setting and environment, so that the person spends time with other people affected by the same chronic disease and problems. We see our patients as human beings with an illness not a moral deficiency and provide support in a loving and caring environment. Much of the “therapy” takes place between formal treatment schedules and sessions.
