 Clean Adventures a transitional living facility with an intensive outpatient therapeutic component. We are a 12 Step based program integrating mind, body, and spirit work. Our therapeutic approach is cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as rational emotive behavior therapy. Our program offers freedom from addictions, compulsive behaviors, and underlying trauma. We provide treatment for individuals afflicted with the disease of drug addiction and/or alcoholism, as well as co-occurring psychological afflictions. We are a six month self-pay program requiring a three month minimum commitment. We implement mandatory weekly random drug and alcohol screening as well.
During your stay here you will have household commitments and community expectations for which you will be held accountable. You will gain life skills such as cooking, cleanliness and budgeting your finances. You will also learn goal setting and know how to accomplish them.
You will have a caring staff who will mark your progress and guide you on your path to a better life. You are provided a safe environment to learn assertive communication and conflict resolution. Upon completion of our program you will have the necessary tools to re-integrate as a responsible and productive member of society.
You can join in activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, golfing and other outdoor activities. We also offer full use of a gym.
You are not alone in your recovery. You will make friends who share your goals for a successful recovery and a better life. You will discover integrity and self respect as well as identify and change old behavior patterns. The power of one recovering alcoholic/addict helping another is without parallel.  The staff and ownership of Incentives, Inc., are members of the recovery community. Our understanding of halfway house living comes from our own experience – we understand. Incentives, Inc. was established in 1996 to meet the needs of recovering addicts and alcoholics, and the staff’s experience and continuous recovery goes as far back as 1985.
Through the years, the Incentives, Inc. program has been carefully formulated with a basis in unity, responsibility, and commitment. We have respect and compassion for the newcomer that stems from strong family values, and the implementation of a 12 step program.
The director on call 24 hours a day and staff members readily available, we ensure a hands-on approach. We choose to live what we teach.
We have both professional and personal relationships with most local treatment centers and detox programs, as well as many programs across the country. Incentives, Inc. has a broad base of referral sources for therapists, psychiatrists, and certified counselors.
Each fully-furnished apartment includes Satellite Television, laundry facilities on site and all utilities. Our properties are also located near Boca Raton’s public transportation hub, allowing easy travel to Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
First and foremost, we do not allow any illegal or illicit drugs, including alcohol and steroids. If clients are on prescribed medication at any time during their stay, the Incentives staff must be informed. Residents must be willing to submit to regular drug and alcohol testing to ensure the safety of the client and the community.
All Incentives clients must obey a community wide curfew. This is to help teach responsibility and maintain structure not only in the community but in each individual’s own life. In addition, all clients must attend a mandatory weekly community meeting every Sunday at 6PM featuring lectures and recovering speakers from the community.
All residents are required to seek employment or attend school while living at Incentives. Living a structured and active lifestyle with work, school, regular 12 step fellowship meeting attendance, and participation in that 12 step fellowship with a sponsor and step work is a requirement while living at Incentives and is critical in maintaining long term recovery.

 Decision Point Center is a state licensed facility that provides long term care for both men and women ages 18 and over.
The program is designed to meet the needs of those who continually struggle with chemical dependency, compulsive behaviors, co-dependency, co-occurring disorders and underlying trauma. Decision Point Center is also designed for those who need a continuum of care beyond the traditional 30-day primary treatment center stay.
At Decision Point, we believe that addictive behaviors are dysfunctional coping mechanisms used as a way to medicate and escape from pain, shame and trauma. Overtime, these dysfunctional behaviors have become a progressive and fatal disease
known as “addiction”. Through our comprehensive and individualized holistic
approach, individuals are able to identify & address their core issues as well as the
core features directly related to their addictive behaviors.
The Decision Point Treatment Model® engages mind, body and spirit by providing a comprehensive and individualized holistic program. We build new lives through adventure therapy, equine therapy, ropes therapy, wellness therapy, and a full range of traditional, experiential, and integrated therapies with a strong emphasis on trauma resolution, the 12 steps, life skills, social responsibility, and having fun which engages a lifelong recovery.
A three month minimum commitment is required. The average length of stay is generally around 4 to 6 months however the program is infinitely variable or open ended based upon individual needs and issues. An additional 3 – 6 month aftercare program is also available upon completion of treatment.

The Cove Residence is a simulated “home-life” environment, supervised by trained professionals, in which daily life experiences occur. Sober Fun activities may include bowling, movies, beach outings and barbeques, AA and/or NA conventions and events. Premier activities are scheduled monthly, which may include snorkeling, fishing, excursions on a glass bottom boat, airboat tours, or a trip to the Everglades.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment is available, incorporating the comprehensive treatment program and “Real Life” approach to recovery in a flexible therapeutic schedule.
After Care, The Cove Center prepares each person for a successful recovery with an aftercare program that includes a support system, AA or NA meetings and personal accountability. Intensive Outpatient or Outpatient Treatment may be recommended upon successful completion of the program.

Malibu Horizon is in no way opposed to the 12-Steps. In fact, we offer patients the opportunity to attend AA meetings, if they choose.  Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center Announces the Opening of it's Adolescent Program August 2008.
The Memorial Hermann Prevention and Recovery Center (PaRC) Adolescent Program will provide comprehensive treatment for adolescents ages 13 to 17 suffering with primary substance abuse dependency as well as those struggling with co-occurring psychiatric disorders. The basic goals of the treatment program are to help the patient and family establish recovery and learn the skills to live effectively as the teen establishes abstinence-based sobriety.
Trained to understand the unique development issues of adolescents such as peer pressure and self esteem, our highly qualified administrative and clinical staff is committed to providing the following treatment services to teenaged patients:
Detoxification. The first phase of treatment includes 24-hour-a-day monitoring and daily physician assessments.
Residential Treatment. Treatment includes a minimum of 35 hours per week of planned, structured activities including Patient education in individual, group and family counseling sessions, 12-step support group meetings, and other activities designed to enhance the recovery process.
Educational curriculum. Teens are provided 5 hours of daily academic coursework including computer lab access. This academic component is accredited by the Texas Education Agency and led by certified instructors and the student teacher ratio averages 10 to 1.
Day Treatment. A full day treatment program that parallels residential treatment services but allows the client to return home in the evening.
Intensive Outpatient Program. Offers educational and therapeutic services.
Family Programming. Families of our patients are offered therapy/counseling sessions and educational workshops and support groups to assist them in supporting their loved one’s recovery
Extensive Discharge Planning. To ensure that the patients transition back into a proactive healthy lifestyle, PaRC counselors and clinical team will create individualized plan of care including aftercare, family education, 12 step meetings, and community resources.
Aftercare (peer-led) and/or Continuing Care (professionally led). Starts the first week a patient is admitted into treatment and continues weekly for one year following completion of treatment. These groups offer a built-in support group to aid in the recovery process.
Relapse Prevention. Education and support groups to assist in identifying relapse warning signs, as well as early intervention planning.
Alumni Association.The alumni association is open to all patients presently at the PaRC or those who have completed treatment there. Alumni are supported through 12-step meeting and discharge follow-up. 12-step meetings. 12 step meetings are provided
Adult Program - 18 Years and Over
Treatment at the Prevention and Recovery Center begins with a comprehensive evaluation to ensure a patient is admitted to the most appropriate level of care. The PaRC is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Chemical dependency is a progressive, chronic and, if not treated, sometimes-fatal disease. This illness not only affects the individual but those who are in relationships with them – spouses, family members, partners and concerned friends.
Treatment is individualized for each patient based on a screening process that determines the appropriate level of care. The PaRC is contracted with most managed care insurance companies and does accept private-pay clients.

 Sober College is a transitional treatment center for young adults, 17-25 struggling with drug and alcohol addiction. Our program is based on five core competencies: Sobriety, Emotional Intelligence, Productivity, Life Skills and Fitness. Our highly trained staff works with each student individually in order to integrate and balance all five of these areas of achievement. Each resident is required to work closely with a sponsor in a 12-step program while they are at Sober College. During their stay, residents learn the skills needed to transition into society.
What sets Sober College a step above other treatment centers is our sense of community as well as our ability to create individualized plans for our students. Our goal is to discover each resident’s passion and help them work toward a realistic goal within that ideal. Sober College offers both vocational and educational tracks for our students so they are able to progress and feel the success needed in order to build confidence. A large focus here is on providing a strong community setting. We firmly believe it is vital for our residents to develop a support system within their similar age range who have had similar experiences. We have a strong alumni group in the surrounding area that serves as support and guidance for our current residents as well. Our residents learn how to develop a sober community they are able to lean on so when it is time to transition outside of Sober College they are able to find support in the community around them.
Sober College delivers drug and alcohol counseling in a unique environment that allows our residents to foster their own identity within their recovery. Balance is a key ingredient to leading a healthy life and we work with our young adults in order to establish the order they need to get back on their feet, to be where they want to be.

 Serenity Lodge is a recovery residence in which chemically dependent adult men can start to rebuild their lives while living in a secure, drug-free and supportive environment that will enhance their recovery process. Our purpose is to bridge the gap between intensive treatment and lasting, sober living. We provide a program that treats our residents with dignity and utilizes a 12-step program to guide them to a new way of life. A sense of fellowship, coupled with moral and character building challenges, promotes productive social interaction with other residents in a caring community.
Serenity Lodge was established in 1993. Since that time, we have guided over 1000 men to a new way of sober living. Our program includes teaching our residents how to center their lives on recovery, while taking responsibility for finding a job, personal hygiene, cleaning their rooms, and becoming accountable for their lives.
Our staff members have been in recovery for a substantial period and are prepared and committed to assist our residents with legal matters, motor vehicles issues, financial problems, and other difficulties that arise out of addiction.

We began in 1967 when a few recovering persons and a judge took it upon themselves to open the doors, knowing that something had to be done for those at risk of dying or going to jail because of their addiction.  Brandywine Counseling, Inc. (BCI) is a community organization that provides holistic care to persons and their families living with addiction, mental health, and HIV-related challenges.
We treat addiction and mental illness directly, but also their side effects, such as criminal activity, family violence, child neglect and abuse, infant mortality, poverty, and HIV/AIDS. Our programs provide intervention and treatment through the use of medication, counseling, education, and referral to self-help groups. Since 2003, BCI has worked to improve patient access to and retention in treatment as part of the nationwide Network for Improvement of Addiction Treatment (NIATx) project. We have done this by identifying and improving flawed processes, and without additional costs or staff.
Brandywine Counseling saves lives. We help people recover from addiction and mental illness, and reduce their HIV risk. Each life saved touches other lives, families, and communities in the Delaware region.
Originally part of Wilmington Medical Center, BCI was incorporated as a separate non-profit in 1985. Today we are Delaware’s largest provider of addiction treatment services.
