Promises Treatment Centers uses evidence-based treatment modalities, including medically monitored detox (including Suboxone detox for opiate addiction) individual therapy, psycho-educational groups, stress management strategies, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), equine-assisted therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic therapy. We recently expanded our neurofeedback program, which we have found to be one of the most effective tools in preventing relapse.

Decision Point Center is also designed for those who need a continuum of care beyond the traditional 30-day primary treatment center stay.
At Decision Point, we believe that addictive behaviors are dysfunctional coping mechanisms used as a way to medicate and escape from pain, shame and trauma. Overtime, these dysfunctional behaviors have become a progressive and fatal disease
known as “addiction”. Through our comprehensive and individualized holistic
approach, individuals are able to identify & address their core issues as well as the
core features directly related to their addictive behaviors.
The Decision Point Treatment Model® engages mind, body and spirit by providing a comprehensive and individualized holistic program. We build new lives through adventure therapy, equine therapy, ropes therapy, wellness therapy, and a full range of traditional, experiential, and integrated therapies with a strong emphasis on trauma resolution, the 12 steps, life skills, social responsibility, and having fun which engages a lifelong recovery.
A three month minimum commitment is required. The average length of stay is generally around 4 to 6 months however the program is infinitely variable or open ended based upon individual needs and issues. An additional 3 – 6 month aftercare program is also available upon completion of treatment.

Sobrenity Ranch offers a moderate therapeutic program where each person is dignified by being treated as an adult and granted a level of trust that can foster each individual's exploration on the journey toward living free of substance abuse and experiencing the benefits of a happy and healthy lifestyle. To accomplish this, we have created a program designed to meet the specific needs of each recovering person through the development of an individual treatment plan, weekly lectures, group process, one-on-one counseling sessions, family conferences, and daily participation in the 12 Step fellowships. All staff places great emphasis on respect for each resident's right to privacy and confidentiality.
